How can I tell the user that the browser does not support the application?

Hi,

My application is used by many end users. My problem is that Angualr does not support every browser. For example, if the app is opened with Opera, then the page hangs.

I would like to spend in Index.html a message, so that the user knows that he must use another browser. Can someone help me here?
