Registration page

The one thing I'm really missing from this project is a "Registration" page where a user can just sign up/register for a new account from the login page if they don't already have an account. Any chance this is getting added? Or any direction on how to add it?

This is already part of quickapp-standard. http://quickapp-standard.azurewebsites.net/

This will be available in the next update for Pro users
