I have finally been able to fix the problem myself. The cause was that a wrong Web.config was created when Visual Studio 2019 was released.
<aspNetCore processPath="%LAUNCHER_PATH%" arguments="%LAUNCHER_ARGS%" stdoutLogEnabled="false" stdoutLogFile=".\logs\stdout" forwardWindowsAuthToken="false" startupTimeLimit="3600" requestTimeout="23:00:00" hostingModel="inprocess"> <environmentVariables> <environmentVariable name="ASPNETCORE_HTTPS_PORT" value="44350" /> <environmentVariable name="COMPLUS_ForceENC" value="1" /> <environmentVariable name="ASPNETCORE_ENVIRONMENT" value="Development" /> </environmentVariables> </aspNetCore>I changed it in:
<aspNetCore processPath=".\TipWeb.exe" arguments="" stdoutLogEnabled="false" stdoutLogFile=".\logs\stdout" forwardWindowsAuthToken="false" startupTimeLimit="3600" requestTimeout="23:00:00" hostingModel="inprocess"> <environmentVariables> <environmentVariable name="ASPNETCORE_ENVIRONMENT" value="Production" /> </environmentVariables> </aspNetCore>Now the project can be loaded via the browser.
