I'm considering purchasing the QuickApp Pro as I really like the material design.  But I have some questions:

1.  Does this base template support hot editing. (where-in changes in stuff like the typescript are compiled when they are saved automatically without having to restart the application).  This definitely is a must for iterative design.

2. Does the template come with 2FA options?

3. For support questions, what's the turnaround time?

4.  What kind of support is there? Obviously since this is just a template, a great deal of non-quickapp code will be written, so I wouldn't expect that code to be supported, but in large projects it can be tricky to figure out if the problem is with the original framework from the template. and the new code.

Find my response below:

  1. Yes, hot editing is available for both the angular-cli and the webpack versions of this template. These are all present in the PRO package. The free version has webpack which also supports hot module replacement (hot editing)
  2. Two-factor authentication is not present. You'll have to implement this on your own. The infrastructure to build this on top has been laid out.
  3. On the average within 24hours in working days. Weekends extends to not more than 48 hours.
  4. Support typically covers advising the user on the best strategy to implement functionality to debugging and resolution of issues related to QuickApp code. This can be through this Forum, email, remote connection or hand-editing a copy of the user's project.
