i.   Modify backend API to allow sub user management for individual users
ii.  Update Database with the necessary schema changes to accommodate feature
iii. Implement UI in Angular for sub user management

 2. Provide Documentation on the following

i.   How to create a user role appropriately and assign permission to the other users in the appropriate way and give us some code examples
ii.  Notification Implementation guide
